Nina Tumosa, Professor of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University, gave me different versions of the Saint Louis University Mental Status exam (SLUMS), each in a different language. I converted the files into .pdf documents available for download.

I haven’t seen that, only the Mini Mental exam.
